Using her consulting experience of the last 10 years, a solid foundation of systems thinking principals and futures studies principles, Michelle guides clients to explore the future and alternative solutions to their current and future challenges in a holistic manner.
Rather than a “get in, do it, and get out” approach, Michelle sees her role as a facilitator in the process of helping great ideas emerge. She believes that there is no ‘just add water’ strategic process, each organisation has its own DNA. By truly understanding and working in partnership with the organisation and its people, results are firstly more effective and, most importantly, sustainable.
In Michelle’s experience great ideas come about when individuals are relaxed, inspired and focused. Her approach to facilitation is to create a conducive, guiding environment that inspires, excites and allows all ideas to be voiced and explored.
To compliment her consulting framework Michelle has successfully completed her accreditation as a LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator, a Strength Deployment Index (SDI) facilitator and is a certified Neuro Linguistic and Time-Line Therapy Practitioner.
