I am a British Chef who has Spent 20 years in the UK and many of them doing what I love. Cooking! Im bloody good at it.
I graduated top of my Classes from the highest rated and most desired Catering College in England. Through out my Career I have been fortunate enough (even though it was through hard work and dedication) to have worked in some of the best restaurants and hotels the UK has to offer. These included Michelin Star restaurants, 5* hotels and award winning wedding/banqueting Venues. I quickly scaled to a Heads chef position and have ran restaurants of 100 covers, Banqueting Venues of 300 covers and HUGE Events for 1000 people. I enjoy every challenge thrown my way. I also do Private events for the smaller dinner parties, birthdays and private affairs. French Fine dining is my Speciality.
Also through out my Career I have equally enjoyed the HACCP and Health and Hygiene part of catering. I have set up my own systems and methods that conduct under any city regulation. I am more than capable to assist new business' or existing companies who need to put these regulations in place.
