I am passionately interested in building compelling products and services that solve the customer’s needs. As a result I have helped businesses like my previous employee, who I am still consulting for, with 300% revenue growth in my first year as their Digital Marketing Manager.
I am a digital marketing generalist who knows how to bring the overall marketing strategy together through a multi-channel approach. My broad knowledge allows me the advantage of seeing the big picture and understanding how best to execute this across all marketing channels.
My experience lies in developing marketing strategies by implementing SEO, social media, paid media, content development, email marketing and growth hacking. I am an expert in marketing automation tools like Hubspot and Leadsquared as well as CRM systems to help make processes more efficient. I also make use of tools like Google Analytics and Power BI to track results and optimise marketing efforts.
My experience has taught me the importance of a deep understand of the customer in order to know how they think and how to reach them at multiple touch points. This understanding gives me insights on how to lead them down the marketing and sales funnel to convert them into not only customers but brand advocates. I believe in a closed loop marketing strategy that sees the importance of retaining happy customers as being as important as acquiring new customers.
I am a creative, out-of-the-box thinker and believe in a customer-centric, data-driven marketing approach. This has led to several awards while working at previous companies. I am very proud of being part of the marketing team that receive the Inbound Marketing Excellence award from Microsoft in 2015, as well as being a finalist for the Modern Marketing Award with Microsoft in 2016.
