I am a private executive chef , i have more than 11 years experience within the restaurant industry . I have been Head Chef for popular restaurants and wine farms . I have my own private chef company where i travel abroad and my clients range from international celebrities , royal family's to well known business men and sports celebrity. I am well know with menu planning , menu creating , costing , team playing and consulting. I am a full time private chef i do freelance at restaurants , lodges where needed and love every second of it. I am very hard working and do not give up easily , i never disappoint and never stop until i have created the best dish .
